Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to MotionPoly's private Google API companion, used by the MotionPoly owner for approved business workflows.

Google data we access

When authorized by the account holder, the application may access Google Workspace and YouTube data required for the specific workflow, such as Gmail messages, calendar events, Drive files, contacts, Google Docs, Google Sheets, YouTube channel information, and YouTube Analytics data.

How data is used

Google user data is used solely to provide the owner-requested workflow, including reading, organizing, creating, or updating content when explicitly instructed by the owner. The application requests only the permissions necessary for those functions.

Storage and sharing

Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored locally in the owner's Hermes environment to maintain authorized access. Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. Data is retained only as needed to perform the requested workflow or meet the owner's instructions.

Security

Access is restricted to the owner-controlled environment. The owner may revoke the application's Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the developer using the email address shown on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
